At A63.ai, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our services. Please read the following terms that govern our refund policy:

  1. Account Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your account, please notify us at least 15 days before the end of your subscription term via email to support@a63.ai. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Ensure you have secured all necessary data before requesting cancellation as this process is irreversible.
  2. Subscription Renewal:

    • Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. Ensure you cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
  3. Service Upgrades and Downgrades:

    • You can upgrade or downgrade your service tier at any time. However, A63.ai does not provide refunds for any subscription adjustments. Adjustments to your service level will take effect immediately, but changes in billing will reflect in the next billing cycle.
  4. No Refunds on Service Interruptions:

    • If you choose to stop using our services mid-term, we will not provide a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.
  5. Enterprise Plans:

    • For Enterprise or dedicated server plans, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for up to 80% refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.
  6. Trial Plans:

    • No refunds will be issued for Trial plans.
  7. Right to Modify or Terminate Services:

    • A63.ai reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time without prior notice for any reason, including for reasons related to service integrity or user compliance.
  8. Fraudulent Activity:

    • We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activities. Engaging in fraudulent activities may lead to permanent revocation of service access without a refund.
  9. Full Refund Availability:

    • We offer a full refund if a request is made within 24 hours following a purchase. After this period, the terms of ongoing subscriptions apply.
  10. Monthly Billing and Non-Refund:

    • Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. This includes no credits or refunds for partial months, quarters, or years of service following cancellation.
  11. Taxes and Additional Charges:

    • All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Additional charges like phone and internet access or data transmission are not covered by your subscription.
  12. Subscription Changes:

    • Customers can change their subscription level at any time by contacting support@a63.ai. Any changes, including upgrades and downgrades, will be reflected in the next billing cycle without proration.
  13. Refusal of Subscription:

    • A63.ai reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription at any point. Should this occur, customers will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription term, minus a cancellation fee of €4.99.

These policies apply to all services offered by A63.ai unless otherwise specified in the relevant service agreement.
